Bones Coffee Company is a company based in Florida that produces small-batch, instant coffee flavors. This company reminds me a lot of Voodoo Doughnuts. The produce some really strange coffee flavors. While you may think they are weird, they also peak your curiosity.
If you want to try some different coffee that you probably won’t find anywhere else, then you should check out Bones Coffee. They are a brand that doesn’t take themselves too seriously and just want to experiment and have fun. This company focuses on using only the highest-quality beans and small batch roasting to give you the best coffee that they can.

If you love to buy whole beans, make sure you have a high-quality coffee grinder to use. Overall, the coffee company offers 44 different flavors for you to try.
Some of the Bones Coffee’s more popular, unique flavors are Strawberry Cheesecake, Salted Caramel, Maple Bacon, Sinn-O-Bun, and S’morey Time. While the brand’s crazy personality may be part of why you are curious, the coffee itself is what will keep you coming back or running the other way. If the coffee isn’t good, you won’t care about the cool packaging.

This is a hard question to answer because everyone’s tastes are different. What I like you may hate, and what you love I may not enjoy. However, I do believe that people who like to try new and unique flavors of coffee will enjoy the experience that Bones Coffee offers.
Even if you don’t like the coffee, you will still have fun and enjoy the tasting experience. Due to the fact that everything is personal, I will try to not only tell you my thoughts but also describe the taste of some of the more popular flavors.

1. Strawberry Cheesecake Coffee
The Strawberry Cheesecake Coffee is one of the most popular flavors for a reason. It is delicious and really tastes like strawberry cheesecake in a cup. The great thing about this coffee is that the flavor is subtle and not overly sweet. It has a great balance and is smooth.
There are not too many strawberry flavored coffees on the market, so is it a great, unique flavor. If you are looking for a sweet and smooth flavor that is not overpowering, then you will like this one. It is the perfect option for coffee lovers that have a sweet tooth, but don’t want something that is sickly sweet.
The Salted Caramel Coffee is another popular flavor for you to try. It has a subtle sweet flavor to it. I have to say the smell is absolutely amazing. You will get the smell of rich, salted caramel the moment you start brewing the coffee.
Like the Strawberry Cheesecake flavor, this one has the perfect balance of sweet and smooth coffee. It is subtle, so if you like flavored coffee that isn’t overpowering then give this one a try.
The Maple Bacon Coffee is the perfect option to go along with your maple bacon donut. We have maple bacon in everything else, so why not coffee. While it may sound weird, that is what Bones Coffee Company is all about. This one seems to be a love or hate with customers.
It has a slightly sweet, yet smoky flavor to it. To me, it has more of a sweet maple flavor, with very little bacon flavor. While I thought it was ok. It was not my favorite and not something I could drink all the time. However, if you are looking for something unique and different for your coffee, then you should give this one a try.
The Sinn-O-Bun Coffee has a delicious cinnamon flavor to it. This gets a ton of 5-star reviews on Amazon because it is amazing. If you are looking for a coffee beverage for those cold winter days, then this one is for you. The aroma when you brew it is both sweet and spicy. It smells just like a cinnamon bun baking in the oven.
The coffee has the same warming and comforting feel that you get from baked goods in the wintertime. Like the other flavors, it has a perfectly balanced flavor of sweet and smooth. It is subtle so it won’t taste too sweet for you. This coffee has just a hint of sweetness to help you start your day off on the right foot.
The S’morey Time Coffee has a sweet and chocolatey taste to it. It will take you back to your childhood of roasting marshmallows and making smores around a campfire. It is one of the sweeter coffees on our list.
If you are hoping for a more subtle sweet flavor, then the other options would be better for you. However, if you are a newer coffee drinker, then this is a great option. It doesn’t have a strong coffee flavor. This coffee is rich and smooth, yet sweet and chocolatey at the same time.
6. Sample Pack
The Sample Pack is perfect if you aren’t sure which flavor you want to try. It comes with five (4 ounce) sample packs, so you can taste a variety of the flavors to see which ones you like the best. The five flavors include Strawberry Cheesecake, Maple Bacon, Sinn-O-Bun, S’morey Time, and Highland Grog.
We have already reviewed all of these flavors except for Highland Grog, which has hints of butterscotch, caramel, and spiced rum. The sample pack is perfect if you want to try a variety of the flavors without spending a ton of money. It will also let you know if this is a brand of coffee that you enjoy drinking.
If you don’t like any of these flavors, then you are better off finding a different brand then spending more money on this one. It is a great way to get an introduction to what this company is all about.
Final Thoughts:
All of the flavors are so unique and different. It is really cool to find a coffee company that is willing to think outside the box and create unique, crazy coffee flavors for us to try. So, what are my personal favorite flavors. I will say that while I enjoyed trying all of them, I did like some more than others.
I really enjoyed the S’morey Time and Sinn-O-Bun flavors. Out of all of the flavors that I have tried, these two are my favorite ones. My least favorites are probably the Highland Grog and Maple Bacon flavors. While I don’t think they are gross, they don’t have enough of the flavors that I was hoping for when I tried them. They left me a little disappointed.
Another really delicious and popular flavor is the Strawberry Cheesecake. I can see why it’s such a big hit. It is very delicious, but strawberry is not a personal favorite of mine. Some flavors are better than others, but it will also come down to your personal preference and taste. Overall, this is a great coffee brand that I think is worth a try.
If you are looking for a coffee that is high in caffeine, then you should check out their High Voltage coffee. Also, don’t forget that they also carry several of the flavors in decaf if you are trying to cut down on your caffeine intake. These also allow you to enjoy a coffee in the afternoon without worrying about not being able to fall asleep at night.
